You all know the Android tablet, manufactured by Motorola, which Andy Rubin showed during Dive into Mobile last week, while presenting the new Android 3.0 Honeycomb and Google Maps 5 – well it seems that some more details about this tablet have leaked out in the wild, including a photo of the device. It seems that Andy Rubin is not the only guy who has the upcoming Motorola’s tablet, as the source of the leaked information is Taiwan, the website Mobile01.

It is said that Motorola will manufacture the tablet in 2 versions – a 7-inch one and a 10-inch. Furthermore, each one will be available in UMTS, CDMA and LTE network support. Among the rest rumored specifications (some of them are already confirmed by A. Rubin, like the Tegra 2 platform) include:

  • NVIDIA Tegra 2 T20 Dual-Core Chipset
  • 1280 x 800 WXGA resolution
  • 32GB internal storage
  • Gyroscope
  • 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facing one

Rumors also claim that the device itself is pretty light and that it is ready for the market, but still there is no information from Motorola about the tablet itself and possible release date and price. However, the hardware seem pretty good and the fact that it will be running Honeycomb + the option for 7 or 10-inch one would definitely make this a desired toy for many people. Probably the era of Samsung Galaxy Tab will end soon and a new one is about to begin? Stay tuned for more information about the upcoming Motorola Tablet.
