Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini

The second of Sony Ericssons smartphones to run the Android operating system, it is also the second phone in the Xperia series. Announced in mid February it was released a few months later in May 2010. The most noticeable feature of the X10 Mini is its size, this phone, measuring 83mm by 50mm and only 16 mm thick is tiny and has won several design awards denoting the fact. From a technical point of view the X10 mini has similar features to its bigger brother the X10, except for the hardware keyboard and a downgrade to a 5MP camera from 8MP.

Shipping with Android 1.6 (Donut) the smartphone has been upgraded to 2.1 (Eclair). Mediascape which is Sony Ericssons software installed on the X10 has been removed from the X10 Mini, but other branded software has been included.
